Alternative Press teamed up with XCOMM for an exclusive vinyl of Time to Burn, limited to 200. Head to the AP Shop to grab yours.

XCOMM have announced their debut album, Time to Burn, out May 22 via Blowed Out Records. Produced by Ross Robinson (The Cure, Korn), Time to Burn builds on their previous singles “Hot Pursuit / One and Nothing,” “Fake ID,” and “Reasons.” Robinson nicknamed their sessions “daycare” after realizing “how important the pulse of youth truly is” during the recording process.

“Ross Robinson transformed us into musical weapons that will blow your head off when you play our record,” drummer Revel Ian says. “I’ll forever be grateful for having the opportunity to record this album,” vocalist Michael Gatto adds. “The whole process from tracking to mixing was truly incredible.”

“Borrowed Happiness,” the latest single from Time to Burn, is full of aggressive riffs and relentless drums, with the band thrashing while performing in a van in the Darren Craig-directed video.

“‘Borrowed Happiness’ is one of my favorite tracks on the record,” Gatto says. “Shooting the music videos with Darren and all the dudes in the van was super cool, and I love when we play this one live.”

Earlier this year, XCOMM supported Foo Fighters at the Kia Forum. In a few days, they’ll perform at the California Chaos festival with Militarie Gun, Stateside, Grave Secrets, and others before making their Warped Tour debut in Washington, D.C. and Long Beach later this summer.
