swixxz presents

Around a year ago, Maggie Lindemann’s company SWIXXZ debuted a new series called SWIXXZ Presents in collaboration with AltPress, and today another episode is here.

Hosted by Demi Ramos, the series emphasizes the artists in Lindemann’s orbit, spanning music, comedy, sports, the arts, and beyond. Ramos catches up with the Offspring for its sixth episode after their AltPress cover shoot, who recently unleashed their 11th studio album, Supercharged, and are celebrating 30 years of Smash. During the episode, the punk veterans delve into the wildest things that happened at their shows, their favorite songs to play live, and wanting to sound like Elton John when they were younger.

“We all have those voices of self-doubt, especially when you’re a teenager and trying to find your way in this world,” Noodles told us earlier this month. “That’s why we glommed on to punk rock. We didn’t feel so alone in these self-doubts, fears, or struggles that we have in life. Feeling disenfranchised when you’re your parents and teachers and the world around you is just giving you a tough time. Punk rock helped us navigate that.”
