Lucy Dacus announced her fourth solo album, Forever Is A Feeling, last month with two new songs, and today she’s back with “Best Guess.”
Dacus performed the song at the G*VE A F*CK LA benefit show a couple of weekends ago, and it comes with a playful, self-directed video that she posted a casting call for in January. Specifically, she wanted to find people who “are smooth or suave or can pretend to be,” including “a hot masc” or someone “willing and able and not afraid to be on camera.” Cara Delevingne, Towa Bird, Naomi McPherson, E.R. Fightmaster, and other fans from the online recruitment all made the cut for the fun visual, dressed in sleek suits while participating in darts, arm wrestling contests, and a little gambling.

Dacus will play a handful of intimate U.S. shows in February and then head out on a North American tour. She’ll be joined by Katie Gavin of MUNA and jasmine.4.t for the shows, and $1 from each ticket will go to the PLUS1 LA Fires Fund. You can see the full tour routing here.
