Refunds, Cancellations, Missing Packages & Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS -- Orders may be cancelled up until a shipping label is purchased. If you no longer wish to receive an item once an order has been dispatched to the shipping service, you must mark it "Return to Sender", leave the package unopened, and take it to your local postal office. Refunds will be processed only when the package returns to the AltPress offices.

MISSING PACKAGES --Post offices can "deliver" a package up to 24 hours before it actually arrives on your doorstep. If 24 hours passes after your Delivery Confirmation and you do not have your package, contact your local post office with your tracking number. If they determine your package is missing, you must fill out a Missing Package Claim on the USPS website & forward a copy to for replacement. **International Orders -- If some time has passed since shipping, please contact both your local post office and customs office with your tracking number for delivery updates and arrangements. Many international depots do not update tracking information once it arrives overseas or across the border. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES -- Due to the nature of the world, and working with small businesses to produce custom, limited quantities, we are no longer able to accept returns or exchanges of apparel. We are happy to provide a coupon for discount on a future purchase should your size not suit you. We are also happy to provide tee size guides upon request & are working to make them available on every apparel item.

If your magazine or printed material arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or exchange select items if it meets the criteria. We require photographic evidence of all physical damage to all products. All photos must include the original invoice, as well as the damaged product. You may send photos, along with your full name and order number to (NOTE: We must verify the damage with your invoice due to fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to deny any replacement or exchange request.)

AltPress uses the best polymailers available to periodical distributors & also offers an array of upgraded shipping options for collectors who want a little more protection from the bumps & bruises of typical USPS shipping & handling. Our mailers are also approved by USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for transport. Shipping refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AltPress. Any items that arrive damaged may be eligible for shipping refunds via your chosen shipping provider. Please contact that provider directly for their policy.
