Alternative Press offers a 30 day, refund or replacement when available on all purchases with damaged items. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for items that are custom, limited edition, clearance and "On Demand" items.
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping service you may not return or refund for the item. If you no longer wish to receive the item once it is dispatched, you must mark it "Return to Sender" and take it to your local postal office.
Shipping refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AltPress. Any items that arrive damaged may be eligible for shipping refunds via your chosen shipping provider. Please contact that provider directly for their policy.
All orders take 10-14 business days to be shipped out. At any time it may take more than 10-14 business days for an order to be dispatched without notice. For items listed as 'preorder' in the item description, these orders will begin shipping on the listed date (usually 2-4 weeks after launch) but may be delayed without notification.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund your order if it meets the criteria. Due to fraudulent claims, we require photographic evidence of all physical damage to all products. This must include the original packaging as well as the damaged product. You may send photos, along with your full name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. (NOTE: If your item shipped Priority, you have insurance to cover damage. You must file a claim with the USPS.)
