Wicca Phase Springs Eternal (aka Adam Andrzejewski) has always warmly embraced reinvention. After spending over a decade in Tigers Jaw, he took an interest in SoundCloud rap, helping to form GothBoiClique. Andrzejewski’s upcoming album, Mossy Oak Shadow, is another pivot, wading into delicate folk-rock territory. That can be heard on his latest single, “Meet Me Anywhere,” featuring longtime friend Ethel Cain.
The duo go back to her Inbred EP days, as Andrzejewski became an early supporter of her music alongside lil aaron. They trade verses on “God’s Country” and have also synced up to perform the song live. “I met them by chance. Wicca found me through my friend Nicole Dollanganger and reached out and was really sweet,” Cain said in 2021. “From that, lil aaron found me, and it was really a tumble into a new world with that scene. The collaborations with both of them were almost like a thank you for everything they have done for me and a homage to them. They are really talented people, and there are elements from them that I have taken for my own music, so it’s been nice to learn new things.”

Wicca Phase Springs Eternal will play shows throughout the rest of the year, backed by the Mystery Mountain Band. He just wrapped the U.K. leg of Turnover’s Peripheral Vision anniversary tour and will play a string of U.S. headlining dates. See his tour routing below.
