Spiritbox are gearing up to release their second album, Tsunami Sea, next month, and the metal outfit just unleashed the latest taste, “No Loss, No Love.”
The band’s new single was produced by guitarist Mike Stringer and Dan Braunstein (Silent Planet, Silverstein), and it finds them flooding the speakers with elements of djented-up guitars and swirling electronica. LaPlante (who recently went viral for being confused for Poppy by a Grammy interviewer last weekend) goes for broke while coasting from rumbling gutturals toward an icy spoken-word section.

As with Spiritbox’s other recent videos, “No Loss, No Love” looks extra aqueous and black and white, with the band bashing out the number as they’re being battered by crashing waves. The visual was directed by Stringer and visual collaborator Max Moore.
Additionally, Spiritbox begin their headlining European tour — which features Periphery and Stray From the Path — next week. Then, they hit the road for a North American trek alongside openers Loathe, GEL, and Dying Wish in April. You’ll find the full tour route over here.
