Poppy has announced her seventh studio album, Empty Hands, out Jan. 23 via Sumerian Records. Empty Hands includes “Bruised Sky,” the album’s next single. Co-written and produced by Poppy’s longtime collaborator Jordan Fish, the track features Poppy’s guttural growls paired with commanding melodies. The video for the song, directed by Orie McGinness, features Poppy and her band exploring a murky, dystopian world.

Poppy also revealed 2026 tour dates for her Constantly Nowhere tour, which will include stops across Australia, Europe, and the U.K. Support for the Australian leg comes from Ocean Grove and Inertia in Australia, with Foxlake and Ocean Grove for Europe and the U.K. This week, Poppy just wrapped a tour supporting Linkin Park across South America.
