In addition to further exploring their The Amory Wars / Vaxis universe on their upcoming 2025 album The Father of Make Believe, Coheed and Cambria will spend 21 dates of next year on a co-headlining tour with fellow riff masters Mastodon. Dubbed the Infinite Arc tour, it goes down from May 10 through June 8 with dates all across the East Coast and the Midwest, with support from prog-metal/djent staples Periphery.
Tickets go on sale Friday (Dec. 13) at 10 a.m. local time with artist presales beginning Wednesday (Dec. 11) and more presales after that. Before the tour, Mastodon and Coheed will also cross paths at Tool’s Punta Cana destination festival Tool In The Sand, and Coheed will also throw their annual S.S. Neverender cruise in the fall. Coheed have so far released two songs off The Father of Make Believe, “Searching For Tomorrow” and “Blind Side Sonny.” Mastodon recently released a new single, “Floods of Triton,” which features Lamb of God, and they’ve been promising that more new music is on the way.
