Back in the summer, Angel Du$t signed to Run for Cover after years of putting out projects through their own Pop Wig Records and shared a seven-inch. Two of those songs, “The Knife” and “The Beat,” appear on their next album, Cold 2 The Touch, out Feb. 13, 2026.
Following 2023’s BRAND NEW SOUL, Cold 2 The Touch sees the band reconnecting with producer/engineer Brian McTernan (Turnstile, Bane), who recorded their 2014 debut LP, A.D., and introducing new members Nick Lewis and Jim Caroll (American Nightmare, Suicide File) into their rotating lineup. Their latest is rounded out by a cast of hardcore veterans, including Scott Vogel (Terror), Wes Eisold (American Nightmare, Cold Cave), Patrick Cozens (Restraining Order), Frank Carter, and Taylor Young (Twitching Tongues). “It truly felt like there were no boundaries — it’s just the magic of great players, a great producer, and we can do anything we want,” frontman Justice Tripp says.
